It was truly a pleasure meeting you, and I want to sincerely thank you and everyone at Chapter 7 in Oakland for the dedication and hard work you continue to put in on behalf of our veterans. Your commitment to outreach, education, and growth, especially in a challenging area like Alameda County, does not go unnoticed and is deeply appreciated.
At DAV (Disabled American Veterans), our mission is to empower veterans to lead high-quality lives with respect and dignity. We do this by ensuring veterans have access to the benefits they have earned, providing critical services at no cost, and advocating for veterans and their families at every level. Membership is the backbone of that mission, and your motto, “Each One Bring One,” truly captures the spirit of how we strengthen our organization and expand our impact.
Please know that I fully support the efforts of Chapter 7 and stand ready to assist in any way I can. If it would be helpful, I would welcome the opportunity to attend one of your chapter meetings virtually to offer encouragement, answer questions, or discuss membership strategies.

You will only receive credit toward the Recruit A Warrior Challenge for members who join using your personalized Recruit A Warrior link between Oct. 2, 2026 through Nov. 30, 2026. Your recruits must pay for their membership, either in full or monthly, in order to count toward a drawing entry. Free membership sign-ups will not be included in your recruitment total. The prize value may be subject to taxation and will be reported as required by law.
